I love to cook with Rosemary. Get a roaster chicken, drizzle it with oil and add rosemary and garlic, but it has to be fresh garlic. When it starts to cook in the oven, the smell is awesome! However, Rosemary is not just for cooking, it has healing properties you probably never realized.
Rosemary is a stimulant and is great for muscular aches and pains. My husband drives for a living, so he has pains in his upper arm. I did some research and found that Rosemary Essential Oil could help. So, I measured out one ounce of jojoba oil and put just a few drops of Rosemary Essential Oil into it. All you need to do is put a drop or two right above the pain (not directly on the pain) and rub it in. Guess what? My husband no longer has that pain in his shoulder. Every morning when he goes to work, he takes it with him.
